About Us
Built for the complexity of IBC proceedings
Varied Reach e-Voting Platform exists to make digital voting under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code secure, compliant, and effortless — for every proceeding type.
Our Mission
A complete e-Voting platform for every IBC scenario
Under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, voting is a fundamental mechanism — Committee of Creditors resolutions, homebuyer class elections, Authorized Representative-conducted votes, liquidation stakeholder consultations. But the infrastructure to conduct these votes has traditionally been paper-based, slow, expensive, and prone to disputes.
Varied Reach replaces that infrastructure with a fully digital, auditable, and encrypted platform. Resolution Professionals and IPEs can run any IBC vote — from a 10-member CoC to a 5,000-voter homebuyer class election — within a single day. Every action is logged. Every vote is encrypted. Every result is defensible.
The platform covers the full range of IBC proceedings, with Committee of Creditors and creditor-class voting as the standard case. It goes further for large homebuyer matters — the most operationally demanding voting scenario under the Code.

Our Values
What we stand for
Security First
Every architectural decision starts with the question: is this secure? AES-256-GCM, OTP gates, rotating JWTs — security is not a feature, it's the foundation.
Regulatory Compliance
We study IBBI circulars, IBC amendments, and NCLT precedents so our customers don't have to. The platform keeps pace with the regulatory environment.
Purposeful Simplicity
Resolution Professionals are domain experts, not software engineers. Every workflow is designed to get out of the way and let IPs do their job.
Customer Partnership
Our first clients are also our design partners. We build what they need — not what we assume.
